Raw Lamb Neck ..

PRODUCT
Lamb Neck Something must chefs really have not got in to it to often .. Or at all in there experience.. However some chef might cook it and call it short ribs because of the possibility of some one complaining that it is a neck and they don't eat neck. We Braised in pressure cookers would be good .. However I am looking to make a pancetta out of the neck. So if anyone has any recipes let me know otherwise you will probably here about it in a couple of months have it completed.. And also have a pretty nice recipe..


On a different side of life I took a car ride to day with some one that I didn't know to well and he had allot to say... It’s just like when you are working with someone a couple of days and you have a different perception of the person. After you actually have a conversation...
